Unfortunately, we do not offer a Money-Back Guarantee on G Suite / Google Apps as it is not extended to us.
Can I transfer my current G Suite account to Grassroots Hosting?

Yes, you will be able to transfer your existing G Suite account to Grassroots Hosting. However, any existing term with Google or another provider will be lost. We recommend switching in the last month of your current contract.
Will Grassroots Hosting help with my support requirements for G Suite?

Yes, Grassroots Hosting will help you setup your domains DNS settings to use G Suite and any other account setup issues. For issues relating to using G Suite, Google will provide support directly.
